Available 24 hours a day. Most items are posted within 48 hours or despatched directly from the manufacturer. Most credit and debit cards can be used. When placing an order, the invoice address and contact name supplied must be the same as that registered with the credit card company.

Cheque payments. If you wish to pay for an order by cheque, please allow 7 working days before we dispatch the goods. We can accept postal order payments.
We also require contact telephone number. This is to ensure a more sufficient order process.

Carriage charges
Baba Swimwear aims to dispatch your goods within a timely fashion. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours. If we receive an order before 1400 hours (Monday-Friday) we will try to dispatch on the same day. Some items on the website may take slightly longer, this will only be the case if we order items direct from manufacturers where we may not hold stock.
All items are sent free second class mail. If you would like your order to be sent by 1st class or insured recorded delivery please telephone us on 01299 271247 before placing your order online.
If there is an item which you have ordered and it is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options. Please be assured that the website is updated regularly, in most instances the website will illustrate whether the goods are in stock or not.
Please see below all postal options and costs, you will be asked to select a postal option when you process your order.
All UK Destinations 2-12 Days
All orders are sent by 2nd class mail free within the UK.
Please call Baba Swimwear on 01299 271247 should you would like the goods to be sent by other delivery method. We shall cost the order separately.
All UK Special Delivery (Royal Mail) Next Day £7.50 (Monday- Friday)
All UK Destinations (Courier) Next Day to be quoted per order (Monday- Friday)
All European Countries to be quoted per order (Monday/Friday)
All other Countries (Rest Of World) to be quoted per order First Class Airmail (Monday/Friday).
We can not secure recorded items for Rest Of World Destinations due to the high cost. If you require this service then please contact us on 01299 271247 for a quote.
We may contact you to discuss postal costs should your order be exceptionally heavy or bulky. If you require a next day delivery in any European Countries please contact us and we will quote for you individually.

Returns Procedure
Should you wish to return or exchange any item you have purchased through the website, please follow the returns procedure guidelines outlined below. We will endeavour to make the exchange process as easy as possible.
We require notification for exchange or refund within 12 working days of receipt of your goods. We will only exchange/refund goods upon prior notification and agreement at which point you shall be emailed or faxed our Returns Note to complete and return in full with the package. Failure to complete the form in full could result in a delay with processing your refund or exchange.
1. No item shall be accepted without a returns note number. Please email

and we shall issue with with a returns authorization number and a form to complete.
2. Send the item back to us, preferably using a recorded delivery method. We shall take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.
3. For hygiene reasons, please note that any nappy products can only be exchanged if unwashed/unused and can only be exchanged if faulty.
4. We shall exchange or refund accordingly
All goods for exchange/refund must be returned in a re-saleable condition, along with all labels and hang tags still attached to the item, and all original packaging. Please also include your receipt of payment, your contact details and returns number.
In terms of goods returned for a refund, on receipt of the goods Baba Swimwear will refund your credit card within 30 days. Please note that the cost of postage and packaging will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty.
If the goods for exchange are not faulty then an additional p&p charge may be applicable, this will generally depend upon the size and weight of the item. We will e-mail you with confirmation of agreement for exchange and notify you then if there will be an additional charge.
Again, we strongly recommend that any goods that are to be sent back should be sent by secured mail e.g Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail. We will not accept any liability for goods lost in transit.
