Shopping with Bubble and Swirl

Personal attention and customer care are very important to us and we strive to achieve high standards in all of our services.  We have tried to make your shopping experience with Bubble and Swirl easy, and we accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, telephone orders and by post.  Orders shall receive an order receipt by email and when we despatch your order we shall send you a despatch confirmation to your email address and we reserve the right to send a letter to the billing address where you have chosen a different delivery address.

1. Online

Credit / debit card payments. After having decided what you want to purchase, the size, colour and quantity, click the "basket" and you shall be taken to "Your Shopping Basket" where you can either continue to shop, or proceed to the checkout where you can complete and pay for your order via Protx (a secure payment site).  Please remember the email and password as you may be asked for this information next time you shop with us.  Click the proceed button to "Order Processing Confirmation" to check the amount before payment is taken.  When you click proceed to payment, the browser changes to https (meaning you are entering a secure payment site).  Enter your personal details and Protx use a secure server and all of your information is fully encrypted, using SSL technology and this means that all your card and cardholder details are stored and sent across the internet encrypted.  We are sent a copy of your order by email.

2. By  Paypal

Protx (a secure payment site)shall process paypal payments and you will be taken through the steps outlined above 1) Online. 

3. By Telephone

Please call us on 01299 271247 Monday to Friday between 9.30am to 5pm.  Alternatively if you would like us to call you please email us at sales@bubbleandswirl.co.uk with a short explanation and your daytime telephone number, and we will call you back as soon as possible.

4. By Post

Please send a cheque made payable to ‘Bubble and Swirl’ with the exact amount for your order, to include postage, with a note confirming the item/s you require, size and colour with your address and a daytime telephone number post it to us to Bubble and Swirl, Riverbreeze, Hopton Wafers, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY14 0HH.  Please call the office on 01299 271247 if you would like a total value including any possible postage costs. 

Delivery Time

We hold stock of most items and aim to despatch your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it (Monday to Friday) if ordered before 12pm.  You shall receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched, and you can track your order by clicking this link, or 'my orders'.  If you do not receive your order within 7 working days please contact us on 01299 271247 or email sales@bubbleandswirl.co.uk with your name, daytime telephone number, your order reference and a list of the items ordered.  If we have to ship your order directly from the manufacturer then you shall receive an email from sales@bubbleandswirl.co.uk.  If your order is very urgent please specify this at checkout or call us on 01299 271247.  We will happily deliver to your work address if you are not at home during the day as ‘signed for delivery’ and we shall send an invoice confirmation to your card address confirming the alternative ‘signed for delivery’ address.  If your order requires a signature, the postman will leave a card with details of how to rearrange delivery.  

Delivery charges

1. 1st class Royal Mail delivery – UK

£2.50 per order to UK addresses by 1st class mail. ‘ Signed for’ if using a different delivery address to your card address. 

2. Royal Mail next day delivery – UK

We offer a Next Day Delivery service to mainland UK address at a cost of £7.50 per parcel, guaranteed to arrive the next day by 1pm (with the exception of postal strikes).  Orders received on Friday by 12pm will be delivered Monday by 1pm (with the exception of Bank Holidays).  For guaranteed next day delivery, please call 01299 271247 to avoid disappointment. 

3. Europe and International orders

Most items shall be sent at a cost of £10.00 per order. If your order is higher than GBP50.00 and you would like a delivery quotation please email sales@bubbleandswirl.co.uk stating the items you would like to order so that we email your quote to you.  We shall contact you directly if your order requires a higher charge.  We are not responsible for any duty/taxes due if we are shipping outside the UK.
