'ahhh, the joy of water...'
Bubble and Swirl is run by Dave and Lauraine. As qualified baby and children's swimming instructors we also run our own Swim School and are very aware of the need for your children to be safe and warm, in and around the water environment. As most of our swim school children use many of the products shown in the Swimming Pool Essentials shopping area we decided to relaunch our existing Baba Swimwear online shop to have a more cohesive range for those splashy swimming days, and for those splishy-splashy puddle days. As users already, our swimming parents have contributed towards helping us to choose a range that we hope you like with trusted brands.
We really do know first hand the impact a good wetsuit has in helping to keep your children warmer for longer (and therefore happy), or for example the difference a good swimming aid can make in developing your child's confidence leading to independent swimming. Our Swim School has really helped us understand what parents are looking for, and what can help make the water experience fun and positive for the children.
We are told about the favourite items that are packed for a beach or holiday visit, and of course we have our personal favourites too. We both regard customer service as incredibly important especially when you are ordering online without the interface of talking with somebody. You'll probably email or chat with Lauraine about customer service related topics such as your order, sizing, delivery and returns; and when Dave is not teaching, well, he's the one that checks your orders are correct and keeps the Bubble and Swirl team fed and watered (he is an excellent cook!).
